An Intention Ceremony or Mother’s Blessing is a spiritual, ceremonial gathering to honor a woman as she approaches childbirth. Unlike a baby shower, which focuses on gifts and celebration, this is a more emotional event that seals the intention of your personal labor experience. The focus is creating a positive, sacred energy for mother-to-be.

    Virtual Prenatal Guide

    You need a sounding board for your questions, concerns, and someone to lean on during your pre-natal period. I’m an experienced prenatal guide who will give it to you straight and be a shoulder to lean on, only a call or text message away.

    Setting your intention for birth is powerful. Intention ceremonies and mother’s circles call together your tribe to support you now and into the future. It can involve rituals, prayers, stories, songs, and affirmations that awaken strength and support.

    • Set up of a sacred space for you and your guests.

    • A guided experience that is to your taste and your religious and spiritual preferences.

    • Candid photographs of you and your group experiencing the ceremony, if desired.

Maybe you’re just discovering that strength. But the truth is, you’ve had it inside you all along.

My role as your birth doula and prenatal guide is to provide spiritual, physical, and educational support during your pregnancy, birth, and early postpartum period. 

My guidance aims to empower you to make informed decisions about your birth experience, to help you see those decisions through, and provide support along the way. Because in birth, even a strong, badass woman may need a reminder to straighten her crown.

As your dedicated guide, I’ll also help you manifest the best space and mindset for labor.
